Disaster risk reduction and management workshop at GIDM

On the second day of the project activities, we had a workshop at the Gujarat Institute of Disaster Management.

Experts there gave talks to the team and participating students from CEPT University, delivering the key messages that there are no natural disasters and the importance of building resilience to move from disaster management to disaster risk reduction.

Shubham Daberao also did a fantastic session where the students acted the different roles of stakeholders involved in emergency response.
